LEARN TO USE THE TOOLS AND PROCESSES OF SYSTEMS THINKING TO ENHANCE YOUR OWN THINKING AND BETTER UNDERSTAND, ASSESS AND ADDRESS ORGANISATIONAL PROBLEMS.

Program overview

Systems Thinking provides leaders with a set of tools and a disciplined approach to more fully understand complex organisational issues and, perhaps most importantly, realise the interrelationships that exist with factors we can’t ‘see’.

In an environment of fast-paced change and increasing complexity, the ability to think and act systemically is critical to managerial and executive success.

By taking a disciplined approach to better understand how the various parts of organisations interact with each other, we can see the system and use that understanding to diagnose and address complex issues in a sustainable way.

Suitable for:

  • Senior Managers, General Managers, Directors, CEOs
