2022 Annual State Conference - 'Leading the Future: An Adaptable Sector'
Friday 6 May 2022

There are just over 5 weeks until our 2022 Annual State Conference 'Leading the Future: An Adaptable Sector'.

Our carefully curated line up of speakers will provide insights based on research and experience into how with increasing pressure and community expectations we can create, lead and manage teams in highly adverse and uncertain environments, future proofing our workforce to remain nimble, responsive and in touch, as we have demonstrated in the last 18 months.

The Conference program will explore the following important questions:

  • How can we stay the course and effectively and quickly adapt to and embrace change?
  • How do community expectations impact customer service and what we do?
  • How can we adapt, find new capacity and confidence in the recruitment of new talent?
  • What are the opportunities for local government?
  • What role do we all play in the promotion and attraction of talent to the sector?

The aim for the day is to be uplifting, educational, positive and inspiring. All local government professionals are encouraged to attend.

We look forward to seeing you there!
