Conflict in the workplace is a common occurrence, but it can cause stress and tension for all concerned. Handled well, however, conflict can provide an opportunity to improve processes and outcomes, dispel negativity and build relationships.
In this program we will use everyday conflict situations with colleagues, managers and customers to improve your ability to handle the emotion and stress of conflict, think through the situation and resolve it with confidence.

Due to the COVID-19 situation, the Conflict Resolution short program scheduled for Wednesday 1 April 2020 will be postponed to a later date when it is safe for everyone to attend. We will provide you with a new date as soon as we can.
For those already registered:
In the first instance, we will transfer all registrations to this new date, noting that should you no longer be able to make it, substitutions are welcome up until 2 weeks prior. This will ensure your development opportunity is not lost but rather ‘time shifted.’
We will keep in touch with you along the way, and if the Conflict Resolution short program no longer suits, we can issue you with a PD Voucher with an expiration date of 30 June 2021 to use on alternate development opportunities with us.
