• To improve how we plan, prioritise, and perform, facilitating collaboration and sharing within the sector.
• To celebrate and promote business improvement achievements.
• To provide a safe and supportive environment for networking and peer support where members can ask questions, seek advice, and discuss and share information.

Who should join the Network

Any LG Professionals SA members with an interest or role to play in planning for delivery, reporting on outcomes achieved or improving the way council services are delivered. 

How to join the Network

If you are an individual member of LG Professionals SA, or your Council or Subsidiary has a Council or Subsidiary membership, you are invited to express your interest to join the Business Performance and Improvement Network.

Nominate to join the Network Committee

Be part of a Network Committee that aims to bring councils together to improve service planning, delivery and focus on improvement and performance outcomes.

The Business Performance and Improvement Network Committee meet regularly throughout the year, considering current themes and challenges experienced by those who have an interest or role to play in planning for delivery, reporting on outcomes achieved or improving the way council services are delivered, developing relevant opportunities for outside the box thinking, networking and collaboration for the benefit of the local government sector. 

The Business Performance and Improvement Network Committee wish to invite nominations for the following:

• One (1) position for a one-year term, concluding 30 November 2026
• Six (6) positions for a two-year term, concluding 30 November 2027
