Primary Prevention Approaches

City of Salisbury will be sharing on a number of their primary prevention approaches, including: 

  • Women's Safety Summit  - responding to men's violence against women
  • Rize Above Violence - focusing on young people and schools in relation to gendered violence and gender equity
  • Planet Youth - focusing on youth people and schools to reduce drug and alcohol use in young people

LG Professionals SA Advocacy Update and Discussion

Rhiannon Grebenshikoff, Acting CEO of LG Professionals SA will provide an update on the progress of the Advocacy Plan and seek feedback from members on the progression of these items.

The Salisbury Community Hub is an exciting and innovative Community Hub that is the centrepiece of the revitalisation of the Salisbury City Centre and a place for the community to come together to exchange ideas, learn, participate and celebrate in a range of community spaces.
