Adelaide Hills Council
Marc Salver, Director Development and Regulatory Services will share insights into how Adelaide Hills Council are supporting their staff post Cudlee Creek Bushire and COVID.
How are they managing the fatigue of their staff over the last year, and what ideas have they put into practice to build a more resilience workforce?

In this session Samantha will explore Radical Resilience, which focusses on improving leadership knowledge and skills in changing key mindsets about the neuroscience of leadership, stress, burnout, resilience and change.
