Are you looking to develop your leadership skills in a leadership program targeted at women? We currently offer:

If you'd like to get to know our presenter Anna Lee or would like to explore the type of content covered in these programs we are pleased to offer you a free one-hour online workshop ‘Setting and Maintaining Boundaries at Work and at Home’ on Tuesday 13 August.

If you ever find yourself:

  • saying 'yes' when you want to say 'no' - then bristling with resentment almost immediately.
  • spending so much of your precious time, energy and attention on other people's priorities that you have almost nothing left for the relationships and activities that are important to you.
  • feeling anxious, regretful or guilt-ridden because you've mustered up the courage to prioritise your own needs instead of putting everyone else first ...
  • ... then you almost certainly need to develop the crucial career navigation skill of setting and maintaining boundaries!
  • In this one-hour online workshop for women, we'll explore:
  • the gender-based messages that can influence our approach to setting boundaries
  • the three phases of boundary setting
  • practical strategies for dialling up your presence and power by setting and maintaining boundaries at work and at home.
Meet Anna Lee
Anna started her first business 14 years ago, when her firstborn was 6 weeks old. Her mission: to help women take charge of their lives and careers. Over the next six years Anna worked with hundreds of women across all levels of organisational hierarchies, from recent graduates to CEOs. In 2014 her desire to take a more systemic approach to workplace inclusion saw Anna partner with her brother Diarmid at Leed Consulting.

Anna returned to the women’s development sphere in 2021 with the launch of Hacks for Her, which focuses on equipping women with the career navigation skills required to succeed in workplaces that, for the most part, are still designed for and by men.

This Webinar will be delivered via Zoom.
