MASTER THE ART OF INFLUENCE: ENHANCE YOUR COMMUNICATION AND NEGOTIATION SKILLS IN LOCAL GOVERNMENT.

Course Overview:

In the local government environment, being able to influence those inside and outside of our organisations is a critical skill. Our ability to communicate clearly and influence ethically is essential to being able to productively manage projects, workloads and timelines.
