Adj. Associate Professor Kirsty Delguste, Executive Director, Office for Ageing Well
As Executive Director at The Office for Ageing Well, Kirsty’s focus is on developing strategies and implementing innovative programs to support older South Australians.
With a portfolio that spans Ageing strategy, reform, policy and projects, Adult Safeguarding, Seniors card, Retirement Villages, Kirsty brings extensive experience in governance, reform, and leadership across clinical governance, operations , aged care, palliative care and rehabilitation sectors. She holds a Masters of Health Administration, is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (GAICD), and serves as Adj. Associate Professor at Flinders University's College of Nursing and Health Sciences.
Kirsty is dedicated to raising awareness of issues affecting older adults and fostering collaboration across sectors to engage communities in impactful decisions.
